Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a Veeva Vault Clinical Disaster Recovery (DR) Validation project. The PM will work with Clinical/Vault, technical, validation, and business teams to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication through project completion.

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing Disaster Recovery (DR) projects, including planning and coordination.
• Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, milestones, and deliverables.
• Hands-on RAID, risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare environments.
• Understanding of GxP, CSV/validation, and regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar tools.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Vault Clinical DR Validation project plan.
• Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and action items.
• Coordinate DR validation and testing activities across business, application, infrastructure, and validation teams.
• Manage RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate DR testing readiness, execution, and follow-up.
• Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Drive resolution of blockers and cross-team dependencies.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support the project through successful completion of Vault Clinical DR validation/testing.

• GxP / CSV / Computer System Validation experience.

• Knowledge of Jira, ADO, Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
