Apexon is looking for an experienced Program & Delivery Manager with a strong background in managing technology delivery and QA automation initiatives.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of end-to-end delivery, lead cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and drive automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program and delivery management, ensuring projects meet timelines, scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- Partner with stakeholders and clients to understand business requirements, define project scope, and establish delivery objectives.
- Manage project planning, sprint execution, resource allocation, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance.
- Drive QA automation strategy and implementation using Playwright and CI/CD pipelines.
- Oversee the design, development, execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts and regression suites.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and business teams to improve delivery efficiency, test coverage, and product quality.
What We're Looking For:
- 10–12 years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in Program / Project / Delivery Management.
- Strong experience managing technology projects, delivery teams, stakeholders, and client relationships.
- Experience in QA, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation delivery.
- Understanding or hands-on experience with Playwright and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong Agile/Scrum, resource management, risk mitigation, and delivery governance skills.
- Ability to balance delivery leadership with technical understanding of automation initiatives.
