Position: Business Analyst Required: Payments project experience Duration: Contract to Hire Type: W2 contract, paid hourly Industry: Financial Services Pay Rate Range: W2 $60-70/hr based on experience 100% Remote, must live in one of the below cities: Akron, OH | Cincinnati, OH | Cleveland, OH | Columbus, OH | Charlotte, NC | Chicago, IL | Dallas, TX | Detroit, MI | Flint, MI | Midland, MI | Minneapolis, MN | Pittsburgh, PA | Waterloo, IA Overview The Online Commercial Payments Business Analyst is a key member of the Enterprise Payments Product Management team. This role is responsible for executing features and enhancements on the Enterprise Payments roadmap that integrate with our Business Online Application. The analyst will serve as the primary liaison between Treasury Management Product teams, IT application owners, and the digital delivery organization to ensure requirements are accurately defined, scoped, and documented. This role will help shape how the organizations Commercial Payment Products are seamlessly integrated into their online and mobile experiences. Responsibilities
- Lead product requirement JAD sessions to identify and validate integration needs.
- Write detailed business requirements, user flow diagrams, and design wireframes.
- Create, publish, and maintain a comprehensive Digital Payments use case inventory.
- Lead M&A–related business analysis efforts for onboarding clients onto our commercial payment products, including data mapping, client support documentation, and user acceptance testing.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of user experience design methodologies.
- Expertise in business requirement definition and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop clear and logical process design flows.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, identify opportunities, and recommend effective solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Pragmatic Product Management methodology (Pragmatic Certified).
- Payments industry experience, particularly within treasury management services.
- Experience developing requirements for API-delivered solutions.
- Knowledge of money movement applications (ACH, Wires, RTP, Card, Merchant).
