Role Description

The Clinical Outreach Representative will be responsible for expanding AMFM Healthcare’s presence by building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, coordinating outreach initiatives, and promoting awareness of our programs and services. Key responsibilities include identifying and contacting healthcare providers, educating the community about our programs, and serving as a liaison to foster strong collaborative connections. This is a full-time remote position dedicated to spreading awareness and connecting professionals with our resources to better serve individuals in need.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with healthcare providers and community members
  • Sales experience with an ability to foster relationships and engage stakeholders effectively
  • Proficiency in Training and delivering information to individuals and groups
  • Familiarity with Medical Terminology to communicate effectively within the healthcare sector
  • Ability to work independently, meet goals, and adapt to various community and professional settings
  • Experience in mental health or substance abuse services is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred
