• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Deltek Costpoint in a functional consulting role.
• Strong experience configuring and supporting Costpoint modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience with back-end Costpoint configuration, including system administration, security roles, workflows, organization structures, approval routing, user setup, and application parameter configuration.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and Costpoint configuration solutions.
• Perform system setup, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and support for Costpoint implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, interface validation, and customizations using Deltek best practices.
• Support production environments by troubleshooting functional issues, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating resolution with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop user documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training to support successful system adoption.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience leading workshops, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering multiple full lifecycle Costpoint implementations.
