About The Role What if your recruiting expertise could directly influence how AI coaches professionals through career decisions? We're looking for experienced Recruiters in the Chicago area to help train, evaluate, and improve next-generation AI systems — ensuring they provide accurate, practical, and realistic career guidance to job seekers and professionals across every industry. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for talent acquisition professionals who take pride in their craft and want to apply their knowledge beyond the traditional recruiting desk.

What You'll Do

  • Review career-related questions from professionals at different stages — early-career candidates, mid-level professionals, and senior leaders
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within talent acquisition and recruiting
  • Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
  • Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations produced by AI systems
  • Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to strengthen AI career coaching capabilities
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Professional experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Staffing
  • Strong understanding of hiring processes, candidate evaluation, interviewing techniques, and labor market trends
  • Experience advising both candidates and hiring managers — with a practical, grounded perspective
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to articulate nuanced guidance clearly
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
  • No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

  • Agency or executive search experience within the Chicago or Midwest market
  • Corporate talent acquisition background across manufacturing, finance, healthcare, or technology sectors
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions
  • Familiarity with AI tools or digital evaluation workflows
