Project Manager – AI Career Guidance Evaluator

About The Role What if your project management expertise could directly shape how AI advises the next generation of PM professionals? We're looking for experienced Project Managers in Austin and the broader Texas tech corridor to evaluate and improve AI career coaching systems — making sure the guidance they deliver is realistic, actionable, and rooted in how the profession actually works. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep, practical PM experience and the ability to articulate it well.

What You'll Do

• Review career-related questions from professionals at different stages in their project management careers
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within your field
• Design objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career advice
• Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete AI-generated recommendations
• Contribute real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching systems
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced Project Manager with a strong grasp of how the PM profession works across industries
• Deep understanding of career progression, hiring practices, and professional development in project management
• Experience mentoring, managing, interviewing, or advising other professionals is highly valued
• Strong written communicator — you can give clear, practical advice that people can actually act on
• Self-motivated and reliable when working without direct oversight
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications
• Experience with tech industry or startup project environments
• Leadership, people management, or team-building experience
• Coaching, mentoring, or career advisory background
• Familiarity with the Austin or Texas tech job market for PM roles
