Product Manager – AI Career Guidance Evaluator

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working professionals. No AI background required — just deep PM expertise and the ability to articulate what great career advice actually looks like.

What You'll Do

• Review career-related questions submitted by professionals at various stages of their product management journey
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance for the PM field
• Develop objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career advice
• Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations produced by AI systems
• Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced Product Manager with a strong professional track record
• Deep understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management
• Experienced in mentoring Associate Product Managers or junior product professionals
• Excellent written communication skills — able to translate complex thinking into clear, actionable advice
• Able to provide practical, realistic career guidance drawn from lived experience
• No prior AI or tech evaluation experience required

• Experience at technology companies or high-growth startups
• Product leadership or director-level experience
• Track record of launching products from concept to market
• Experience working closely with engineering, design, and data teams
