What You'll Do

• Design challenging, advanced chemistry problems to rigorously test AI reasoning and performance across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, and physical chemistry
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with precise logic and scientific accuracy
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness, depth of reasoning, and quality
• Collaborate with researchers to refine and improve benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
• Provide structured, actionable feedback that directly shapes how AI models learn and improve

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
• Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
• Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating quality
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with large language models or AI research environments
• Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
