What You'll Do
- Design challenging, advanced chemistry problems to rigorously test AI reasoning and performance across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, and physical chemistry
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with precise logic and scientific accuracy
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness, depth of reasoning, and quality
- Collaborate with researchers to refine and improve benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
- Provide structured, actionable feedback that directly shapes how AI models learn and improve
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating quality
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with large language models or AI research environments
- Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
