What You'll Do

• Review financial statements, ledgers, and accounting disclosures
• Extract and structure data into standardized Excel templates
• Validate calculations, formulas, and formatting for accuracy and consistency
• Identify errors or inconsistencies in source materials
• Support recurring dataset creation, structuring, and cleanup tasks
• Ensure datasets meet quality standards for use in AI training and evaluation

Must-HaveWho You Are

• Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial discipline
• Strong Excel proficiency — comfortable building and validating structured datasets
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Nice To Have

• Experience in audit, FP&A, financial operations, or corporate accounting
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS)
• Prior exposure to data structuring or analytical workflows
