About The Role

In this full-time remote position, you will play a pivotal role in designing engaging, high-performing web experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. Your primary focus will be on creating intuitive user interfaces, guiding product discovery journeys, and developing compelling onboarding experiences that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and brand strategy, to ensure that our digital presence aligns with our brand vision and business objectives. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring 5-7 years of comprehensive web design experience, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing impactful projects and measurable outcomes. Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping for seamless engineering handoff, is essential. Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and Figma Make will be advantageous. A solid understanding of contemporary web and experience design trends, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles is required. Additional skills in Adobe Creative Suite, AfterEffects, motion design, and prototyping tools are preferred. Experience with front-end development or a technical background will help bridge the gap between design and implementation, ensuring high-quality execution. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are vital, along with an eye for detail and consistency. Mobile app experience, particularly within fintech or consumer products, is a plus, as is knowledge of iOS and Android design patterns.

Responsibilities
