Remote Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Title: Remote Clinical Research Coordinator Location: Remote (U.S. Based) Contract Duration: Late September 2025 – May/June 2026 Schedule: 40 hours/week, no overtime | Rotating schedule Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Remote Clinical Research Coordinator to support a clinical trial focused on hypertension and wearable medical devices. This role is ideal for someone with a strong experience in clinical research, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to consistent scheduling. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct EDC (Electronic Data Capture) data entry and management
• Assist patients with Day 1 device setup
• Provide patient education on wearable device usage
• Troubleshoot device-related issues and respond to patient inquiries via calls or tickets

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 6 AM – 5 PM PT / 8 AM – 7 PM CT
• Saturday Coverage: 7 AM – 11 AM PT / 9 AM – 1 PM CT
• Weekly schedules will be provided in advance

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Clinical Research experience
• Minimum 2 years of EDC experience
• Experience with medical devices is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adhere to a structured schedule
• Clear and professional communication skills

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
