The work is structured but not mechanical. Some tasks will follow recurring procedures, while others will require you to compare information, recognize an exception, and decide what should be verified before moving forward.
What You Will Do
- Maintain organized analytical files and working notes so another team member can understand how a result was produced.
- Document metric definitions, calculation logic, source assumptions, and validation steps so analytical work can be reviewed.
- Review incoming datasets for missing values, duplicates, formatting issues, and unusual records before analysis begins.
- Use spreadsheets and SQL to organize, filter, reconcile, and investigate structured business data.
- Investigate unexpected movements in reports and trace discrepancies back to the underlying records when possible.
- Build or maintain dashboards and visual summaries that help stakeholders understand performance without reviewing raw files.
