Fair profile

The candidate's profile shows a strong foundation as a product-focused UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer with 5+ years of experience, which is valuable in the current market. However, there are significant areas for improvement. The location in Ethiopia (ET) is a Tier 3 country, limiting global market value and opportunities, especially for remote roles in high-demand areas like the US. The job title 'Software engineer' is broad but relevant, though aligning it more specifically with UI/UX or front-end roles could enhance clarity. Skills are limited to Python, Figma, and React; adding complementary skills like JavaScript, TypeScript, Next.js, Vue/Nuxt, Tailwind CSS, and UX research tools would increase marketability. The summary is clear but could be more detailed with quantifiable achievements. No resume is provided, which severely impacts credibility and job prospects; creating a structured resume with work history, projects, and education is essential. No links are included, so adding a LinkedIn profile, GitHub repository, or portfolio would demonstrate professionalism. Language proficiency is not specified; listing English proficiency and any other languages would be beneficial. To improve, focus on expanding skills, creating a resume, adding links, and targeting roles that value remote work from diverse locations.

How to improve

Enhance the professional summary by making it more detailed and achievement-oriented. Start with a strong opening statement that highlights your dual expertise in UI/UX design and front-end development. Include specific examples of projects or technologies you've worked with, such as web apps, SaaS platforms, or dashboards, and mention quantifiable results like improved user engagement or reduced load times. Emphasize your ability to bridge design and development by listing key tools (e.g., Figma, React, Next.js, Vue/Nuxt, Tailwind) and methodologies. Structure it in 2-3 concise sentences, and consider adding a brief mention of your experience level and career goals to make it more compelling for recruiters.
