Fair profile

Helmi Tazkia presents as a mid-level full-stack developer with 4+ years of experience across multiple roles. The resume shows solid experience with technologies like Java, Python, CodeIgniter, Laravel, and RPA tools like UiPath, with exposure to SAP integration and logistics systems. However, several areas need improvement to increase market competitiveness. The profile lacks specific front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js) which are critical for full-stack roles. The skills section is underdeveloped with vague terms like 'programing' and missing key technical competencies. The resume structure is decent with clear job descriptions, but could benefit from more quantifiable achievements and cleaner formatting. Location in Indonesia (Tier 3) limits global market value, though openness to relocation helps. Expected salary of $70k USD is reasonable for mid-level roles in target US markets. Actionable suggestions: 1) Expand skills section with specific technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, AWS, Docker). 2) Add metrics to job descriptions (e.g., 'improved performance by 30%', 'reduced processing time by X%'). 3) Include GitHub link with code samples. 4) Consider obtaining certifications in cloud platforms or specific frameworks. 5) Tailor resume for US/remote roles by emphasizing international collaboration and remote work experience.

How to improve

The current summary is generic and lacks specific technical details. Rewrite to: 1) Start with a strong opening statement: 'Mid-level Full-Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience building scalable web applications and automation solutions.' 2) Include key technologies: 'Proficient in Java, Python, CodeIgniter, Laravel, and RPA tools (UiPath), with experience in SAP integration and logistics systems.' 3) Highlight achievements: 'Successfully developed and maintained applications for shipping/logistics operations, improving efficiency through automation.' 4) Mention soft skills: 'Collaborative team player experienced in remote work environments.' 5) End with a goal: 'Seeking to leverage technical expertise in a remote Software Engineer role in the US market.' Avoid phrases like 'Let's collaborate' and focus on concrete value propositions.
