Fair profile

Iqra Jawaid's profile presents a senior Talent Acquisition professional with over 10 years of experience across FMCG, retail, and manufacturing sectors, including technical recruitment. The job title and category are relevant and in demand, and the senior experience level is a strong asset. However, the profile has significant gaps that reduce its market value. The resume is essentially a template with minimal content—lacking detailed job descriptions, achievements, education specifics, and skills beyond basic entries. The summary is vague and lacks impact, while skills are limited to generic terms. Being based in Pakistan (a Tier 3 country) lowers global appeal, though openness to US relocation is a positive. The LinkedIn link is provided but unverified. To improve: 1) Completely rebuild the resume with detailed job experiences, including responsibilities, quantifiable achievements (e.g., time-to-fill reductions, placement volumes), and specific technical roles recruited. 2) Expand skills to include ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo), sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), metrics/analytics, employer branding, and compliance knowledge. 3) Add education details (degree, field, graduation year) and any certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) to enhance credibility. 4) Specify industries and technical recruitment expertise with examples. 5) Ensure the resume is properly formatted and complete, avoiding empty sections. 6) Consider highlighting cross-cultural or international recruitment experience to align with US relocation targets.

How to improve

The current summary is too generic and lacks detail. Rewrite it to: 1) Start with a strong opening statement, e.g., 'Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment across FMCG, retail, and manufacturing industries, including expertise in technical role placements.' 2) Include key achievements with metrics, such as 'Reduced time-to-fill by 15% through optimized sourcing strategies' or 'Managed recruitment for over 100 positions annually, including 30+ technical roles.' 3) Mention specific tools and methodologies, e.g., 'Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and competency-based interviewing techniques.' 4) Add value propositions like 'Skilled in building talent pipelines, enhancing employer branding, and driving diversity initiatives.' 5) Tailor it to target US markets by emphasizing adaptability to cross-cultural environments or international recruitment experience. Avoid passive phrases like 'I am professional Recruiter'—use active, confident language to showcase expertise.
