Fair profile

The profile shows potential in customer service and translation roles, with strengths in communication and openness to relocation in the U.S. However, significant improvements are needed to enhance market competitiveness. The candidate is based in Brazil (Tier 3 country), which limits global market value. The job title 'Costumer Service / Translator' has a spelling error ('Costumer' should be 'Customer'), reducing professionalism and relevance. Skills listed are generic and lack technical or industry-specific details, such as CRM software or bilingual proficiency. The professional summary is vague and does not highlight quantifiable achievements or specific expertise. Experience level is mid-level, but without a resume, details on years or roles are missing, limiting assessment. A LinkedIn link is provided, but no resume is available, severely impacting completeness. Language proficiency is implied but not specified. Actionable suggestions: Correct the job title to 'Customer Service Representative / Translator'. Expand skills to include specific tools (e.g., Zendesk, Google Translate) and languages spoken. Add a resume with detailed work history, achievements, and certifications. Enhance the summary with concrete examples and metrics. Consider targeting remote roles to mitigate country tier limitations.

How to improve

Revise the professional summary to be more specific, structured, and impactful. Start with a clear statement of role and expertise, e.g., 'Mid-level Customer Service Professional and Translator with expertise in bilingual support and conflict resolution.' Include quantifiable achievements, such as 'Improved customer satisfaction by 20% through efficient communication strategies' or 'Translated over 100 documents with 99% accuracy.' Highlight key skills like 'proficient in English and Portuguese, with experience in remote support tools.' End with career objectives, e.g., 'Seeking to leverage communication skills in a dynamic U.S.-based team.' Avoid generic phrases and focus on concrete contributions to demonstrate value to employers.
