Role: Real Estate Transactional Associate Attorney

Work to include but not limited to:

• Leasing (office, retail and industrial)

• Purchase and sales of all types of assets (office buildings, retail, etc.)

• Financing work (mostly borrower side)

• High end/luxury residential work

• Construction agreements and related agreements (architects, designers, etc.)

Salary & Benefits:

• Paying up to $300k plus bonus
