QuickBooks Implementation Consultant

Vaco is partnering with a local company that is seeking a QuickBooks Implementation Consultant to guide their transition from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Enterprise. They need an expert who can take ownership of the conversion process and ensure the system is properly configured for long-term success. Job Title: QuickBooks Implementation Consultant Location: Remote (strong preference for candidates based in Arizona) Pay Rate: $45 - $55 per hour Responsibilities:

• Lead the conversion from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Enterprise

• Design and implement inventory tracking workflows within QB Enterprise

• Setup and validate multi-location inventory processes

• Advise leadership on best practices and system capabilities

Qualifications:

• Must have expert-level QuickBooks Enterprise experience, including conversions and new implementations

• Proven experience with multi-location inventory tracking

• Strong ability to troubleshoot, guide, and train a team with limited QB Enterprise experience

• Willingness to be onsite in AZ occasionally as needed
