Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Manager in the San Francisco/Sacramento area. You will be a brand representative of the Bjelin/Woodura flooring brand. The Territory Manager will develop and maintain strong customer relationships within the residential flooring retail store channel, manage sales operations, and meet or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, crafting strategic business plans, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams to deliver high-quality flooring solutions. Regular communication with clients and internal teams will be a key component of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to develop and nurture client relationships
• Proficiency in Sales Operations and Business Planning to drive strategic growth
• Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and identify opportunities for expansion
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment
• Experience in the flooring, construction, or related industries is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
