Job Title: Affiliate Sales Manager

Location: Remote (U.S. Based Only)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Affiliate Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Ad Tech space. This role is critical to the expansion of our affiliate marketing program and overall performance marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate and partnership development, with a solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.

As an Affiliate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners, with the goal of driving scalable, high-quality user acquisition

and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute strategies to recruit new affiliate and performance marketing partners.

● Manage, optimize, and grow relationships with existing affiliate partners to achieve revenue targets.

● Negotiate commercial terms, including payout models (CPL, CPA, RevShare) and contractual agreements.

● Analyze affiliate performance data and provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and Analytics teams to support campaign execution and partner success.

● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

● Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

● Must be based in the United States.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

● 3–5+ years of experience in affiliate sales, business development, or partner management, preferably within the Ad Tech industry.

● Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling affiliate partnerships.

● Strong understanding of affiliate tracking technologies and analytics tools (e.g.,Impact, Tune, Everflow, Google Analytics).

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

● Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

● Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
