What will you be doing?

• Partner with the team lead to help manage the team's rhythm of business (ROB).
• Work with cross-company/team counterparts to manage team participation as needed for key business events, next fiscal year planning, running business reviews, and other strategic business planning activities.
• Plan and execute team meetings (weekly LT meetings, Quarterly Town Halls, etc.), organizing awards submissions.
• Ensure internal continuation of business operations during all times, including periods of change or special circumstances.
• Contribute to finding workable solutions to business problems.
• Work with Surface Commercial lead to support the development of content for internal communication.
• Manage and support team budget process, including budget management, monthly transactions, quarterly forecasts, and regular reporting to leadership team.

What you should bring to the table:

• Minimum 5 years in Rhythm of Business/Operational Support.
• Minimum 5 years in Financial Reporting & Budget Management (OpEx, T&E).
• Minimum 5 years Advanced Excel/PowerPoint/Power BI Skills.
• Travel management and calendar management.
• 5-7 years of experience in business management, operations, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, or accounting.
• Experience with AI agents, Microsoft systems, hardware business, strong communication and analytical skills, and proactive and detail-oriented.
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Financial experience and ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to manage the team’s discretionary budget and operating processes.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Enterprise Application experience a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $4,500-$4,800/monthly
