• Utilize AI tools and official resources to research local licensing, permitting, and inspection requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
• Establish trust with city and state agencies through proactive communication, whether by phone, email, or in-person visits, to overcome obstacles and secure approvals.
• Prepare and submit precise filings—licenses, exemptions, and attachments—and diligently track them until approval is granted.
• Maintain up-to-date dashboards and documentation, ensuring leadership has real-time insights.
• Embrace a steep learning curve, particularly in the first 90 days, through direct support, coaching, and tangible achievements.

What You Won’t Be Doing
