Instructional Coach Key Responsibilities Your Mission: Pioneer an AI-powered reading revolution that transforms early elementary students into confident, capable readers who discover the joy of reading for life. • Hold a Bachelor's degree and specialized reading instruction certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or similar)
• Demonstrate 2+ years of success in small-group reading intervention with young learners
• Excel at reading assessment and creating custom learning paths without relying on pre-made materials
• Show comfort and competency with adaptive learning technology
• Possess U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available)
• Be ready to join one of our dynamic campus teams in FL, TX, NJ, or PR
