• Authorization & Permitting – Navigate multi-state legal approvals and streamline local permits to open new markets.
• Physical Build-Out & Maintenance – Manage campus construction and enhancements to ensure top-notch facilities.
• IT Operational Setup – Equip new schools with fully configured systems, ready for action.
• Financial Operations – Develop budgets, deliver insightful dashboards, and uphold audit-ready financial control.
• PMO – Propel tech and marketing projects with vendor scorecards, dashboards, and detailed reporting.

You'll create dashboards that illuminate financial mysteries, design onboarding systems that drastically reduce student setup errors, and secure regulatory approvals in new states. You'll establish campuses swiftly and prototype AI-driven processes that streamline traditional management practices. This is high-stakes, fast-paced execution led by doers, not observers. What You Will Be Doing

• Leading one of six key operational pillars: Authorization, Build-Out, Setup, Finance, or PMO
• Tackling unprecedented challenges in your pillar using AI, automation, and iterative methods
• Crafting clear specifications, dashboards, or guides that scale to numerous schools
• Navigating real-world complexities: vendors, regulations, systems, and staff
• Visiting campuses as necessary to implement or test your solutions

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Waiting for product or engineering teams to create your operations tools—prototype or automate them yourself
• Relying on AI to "write an SOP" without further action—develop functional solutions that work
• Being confined to an office—expect to travel and deliver on-site results
• Delegating your strategic plans to others—you'll handle both strategy and execution

Head Of AI Operations Key Responsibilities Drive results within your designated operations pillar by constructing systems that facilitate rapid school expansion with speed, accuracy, and AI-driven precision. Basic Requirements

• Located in North America and available for 25-75% travel as required
• 5+ years in a dynamic, self-directed operations role
• Exceptional analytical and written communication skills
• Action-oriented, humble, and possess a strong sense of ownership
• Experienced in one of the following areas: regulatory compliance, facilities buildout, SaaS onboarding, FP&A, or tech vendor management
• Utilizes AI as intuitively as others use spreadsheets: regularly, instinctively, and across various scenarios.
• Has developed automations, systematized workflows, and experimented with vibe-coding for enjoyment or efficiency.
• Proven ability to quickly master new domains (legal, finance, compliance, systems, etc.)
