Our next chapter is PRISM, the flagship product line that fuses Quality of Earnings with a full Commercial Market Intelligence Report into a single unified deliverable. PRISM combines micro financial diligence, macro quant insights, predictive forward earnings, and continuous quant validation, the AI equivalent of a $500K MBB engagement, delivered at $50K with validation built in. PRISM launches Q3 2026 and you will be building the system that makes it possible.

This is not a maintenance role and this is not a pre-revenue startup. You are joining a company that is already working with clients and scaling toward a product launch that changes the M&A intelligence market permanently.

🔨 What You Will Build

▸ Design and build agentic AI workflows that automate QoE analysis, EBITDA normalization, and earnings defensibility assessments

▸ Build the commercial market intelligence pipeline -sector trend aggregation, competitor mapping, and forward market thesis generation powered by agentic research workflows

▸ Develop the financial data ingestion and normalization pipeline - QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PDF, and unstructured document sources

▸ Build the PRISM quantitative validation engine that stress-tests every financial assumption in real time

▸ Implement the predictive forward earnings model integrating company trajectory, sector data, and macro conditions

▸ Architect multi-tenant data infrastructure to support PE firms, CPA networks, and M&A advisors simultaneously

▸ Integrate third-party macro data feeds (FRED, sector APIs) into the PRISM intelligence layer

▸ Build and maintain the Val API - the white-label intelligence layer embedded into partner platforms

▸ Own delivery of the live analytical workbook output alongside the structured PDF report

⚙️ Technical RequirementsAI & Agentic Systems

▸ Multi-agent frameworks - LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI

▸ LLM orchestration: prompt engineering, tool use, function calling

▸ RAG pipeline design and optimization

▸ Vector databases - Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector

▸ Agentic memory architectures: short-term, long-term, episodic

▸ Streaming agent output via WebSocket or SSE

▸ Model fine-tuning or RLHF exposure is a strong plus

Full-Stack Development

▸ React or Next.js - SSR, dynamic dashboards, real-time UI components

▸ Node.js or Python (FastAPI / Django) for backend API development

▸ TypeScript, strongly preferred

▸ REST and GraphQL API design

▸ Authentication, RBAC, and multi-tenant session management

Financial Data Infrastructure

▸ PostgreSQL, schema design, indexing, query optimization at scale

▸ Financial data modeling: P&L structures, EBITDA normalization, working capital schedules

▸ ETL pipeline development for QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and raw document sources

▸ Document parsing and OCR integration (AWS Textract, Google Document AI, or similar)

▸ Time-series data handling for financial forecasting

▸ Codat, Finicity, or financial data aggregator experience is a plus

Quantitative & Analytical Layer

▸ Python, NumPy, Pandas, SciPy for quantitative modeling

▸ Statistical validation: stress testing, Monte Carlo simulation, sensitivity analysis

▸ Financial modeling: DCF, earnings normalization, forward projections

▸ Macro economic data feed integration (FRED, Bloomberg API, or equivalent)

▸ Experience validating or auditing financial models in a professional context

Cloud & DevOps

▸ AWS, GCP, or Azure - compute, storage, and managed AI services

▸ Bedrock, Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI service integration

▸ Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments

▸ CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions or CircleCI

▸ Infrastructure-as-code: Terraform or Pulumi

Security & Compliance

▸ SOC 2 Type II awareness and secure data handling practices

▸ Encrypted data pipelines and PII / financial data protection

▸ RBAC implementation across multi-tenant environments

▸ Audit logging and data lineage for regulated financial outputs

⭐ Bonus Qualifications

▸ Prior experience at a QoE firm, transaction advisory practice, investment bank, or PE-backed fintech

▸ Hands-on understanding of M&A deal processes, what a buy-side or sell-side team actually needs from a diligence tool

▸ Experience with commercial due diligence methodologies - market sizing, competitive landscape analysis, or sector research

▸ Experience building white-label or multi-tenant SaaS platforms at scale

▸ Exposure to SBA lending workflows, commercial underwriting, or credit analysis

▸ Published work, open-source contributions, or competition results in AI/ML

▸ Experience integrating with accounting platform APIs at the data model level
