Retail Partner Marketing Manager
The Sage Groups’ Client, the worlds largest delivery service, is seeking a Retail Partner Marketing Manager to support the Ads Co-Marketing team. They are looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to manage and grow their co-marketing opportunities with our leading Enterprise Retail merchant partners.
In this role, you’ll create and execute integrated marketing programs and campaigns built against both our Enterprise Retail partners goals and our goals. You will work closely with Sales, Growth Marketing and Creative Studio teams to ensure we are maximizing value from our partner relationships, with marketing that drives our partner’s business forward and serves our audiences.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape a fast-growing, global consumer brand through the lens of our partnerships. You will report into a Senior Manager on our Co-Marketing team within our Ads Marketing organization.

- Own and grow marketing relationships with some of our largest and most high-profile Enterprise Retail partners, developing annual and quarterly integrated marketing strategies while driving alignment across internal and external stakeholders
- Lead the strategy and execution of integrated co-marketing campaigns end-to-end — from concept and production through launch, optimization, and reporting — in close partnership with Sales, Creative, Paid Media, Social, and Operations teams
- Measure, analyze, and communicate campaign performance through clear, actionable internal and partner-facing readouts
- Manage campaign budgets, including spend tracking, pacing, and accrual preparation, to ensure efficient investment and strong ROI Apply a data-first mindset to continuously optimize campaigns against business goals, improve profitability, and identify new opportunities for growth.
We’re excited about you because you have…
- 6+ years of B2C marketing either at a consumer brand, tech company, media agency, or consultancy, preferably with a mix of performance, retention, and consulting experience
- A proven track record of owning marketing programs end-to-end and delivering measurable business results, from setting goals and strategy through execution, optimization, and performance reporting
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns across paid media platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok) and CRM channels in a client- or partner-facing environment
- Strong analytical skills, including market and segment sizing, forecasting, and using data to inform decisions and optimize performance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, Strategy & Operations, Analytics, Product, and Creative teams
- A creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for solving ambiguous problems and building solutions in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
- Retail-specific experience, a plus
- MBA a plus

End Date - Nov 5, 2026 – Likely to extend

Pay Rate - $58.68
