Release Manager & Software Engineer - Dynamics 365

Our direct seeking a dynamic and experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM Release Manager – Dynamics 365 to lead high-quality software releases and contribute to the development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. This hybrid role blends hands-on engineering with strategic release management, making it ideal for a multifaceted technologist who thrives in fast-paced environments and complex pipeline schedules. ? Required Skills & Qualifications •             5+ years in software development and application lifecycle management •             3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Operations) •             1 year of experience with Solutions Layering and building pipelines from scratch in Azure DevOps •             Proven success in managing D365 releases via Azure DevOps •             Strong knowledge of Git, version control, and branching strategies •             Skilled in managing complex CI/CD pipelines and release schedules •             Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills •             Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship . ? Key Responsibilities Release Management (Primary Focus) •             Plan and coordinate releases across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments •             Build and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps •             Package and deploy customizations, Power Platform components, and ISV packages •             Maintain release calendars, documentation, and audit trails •             Coordinate cross-module and 3rd-party deployments •             Enforce change control and governance processes •             Monitor post-release performance and manage incident response •             Collaborate with QA and business stakeholders for testing and sign-off #TECH #remote #D365 #release
