- Balance of Skills: Ability to navigate both brand identity and product positioning.
Core Competencies & Responsibilities
- Storytelling & Brand Identity: Drive the evolution of brand identity and deliver compelling narratives beyond tactical execution.
- Creative Oversight: Review, approve, and produce creative assets across campaigns.
- Project Management: Execute brand initiatives through structured program management.
- Exclusions: Growth Marketing is not a primary requirement, though awareness of tools is expected.
Delivery & Performance Metrics (Q1 Focus)
- Top Three Deliverables: Measurable brand execution targets within the first quarter across India and global markets.
