Senior Program Manager – Manufacturing Integration

📍 Location: Remote with up to 20% travel (U.S., Mexico, Italy)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale global manufacturing integration program. This role will oversee the consolidation and integration of multiple manufacturing execution systems (MES) into a unified Oracle Manufacturing environment across international sites. The position requires strong program management expertise, a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, and the ability to drive strategic alignment with executive leadership. The ideal candidate is a proven leader in large-scale manufacturing integration and acquisition programs, with the ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives, partner with executive leadership, and deliver measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the planning, governance, and execution of a global manufacturing integration program, overseeing sites in the U.S., Mexico, and Italy.
• Manage and mentor a team of site-specific project managers to ensure successful delivery of program milestones.
• Align and standardize MES processes across multiple facilities, integrating into Oracle Manufacturing.
• Partner with C-level executives and IT leadership to define scope, resource needs, schedules, and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee cross-functional activities spanning procurement, warehousing, materials movement, logistics, and distribution.
• Leading a team of five site-specific project managers to drive execution and ensure milestones are met.
• Monitor program progress, budgets, and reporting while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Support organizational change management and ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
• Serving as the point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing program updates, and driving accountability.

What You’ll Bring

• 10–15 years of senior program management experience, with a focus on large-scale manufacturing integration and acquisition programs.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Manufacturing and MES systems.
• Proven ability to manage integrated schedules, complex workstreams, and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, including procurement, warehousing, materials flow, distribution, and logistics.
• Experience leading multi-site, international programs with significant complexity.
• Proven track record managing geographically dispersed teams and collaborating across multiple time zones.
• PMP, PgMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced credentials a plus.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
