Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development / Client Manager to identify and secure new client partnerships for our recruiting firm specializing in Information Technology, Digital/eCommerce, and Finance. This is a 100% remote position focused on top-of-funnel sales and long-term account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Utilize a full LinkedIn Recruiter seat (provided) and our large CRM database to roactively identify and engage decision-makers (HRBP, Talent Acquisition Directors, VPs) at target companies.
• Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle, including cold outreach, introductory pitches, and negotiating Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
• Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring successful transitions to our fulfillment team.
• Revenue Growth: Leverage your existing network to generate immediate job orders and expand the firm's market share.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development or sales specifically within the staffing or recruiting industry. IT, Digital/eCommerce, and/or Finance experience is preferable.
• Existing Network: A verifiable book of business or professional network that can be leveraged to generate leads.
• Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets.
