NetSuite Consultant

Overview We are on the hunt for a talented NetSuite Consultant to join our team and drive impactful Record to Report (R2R) implementations. In this pivotal role, you will not only lead the end-to-end process, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support, but also act as a key advisor on optimizing R2R processes. Your expertise will help streamline our financial operations, enhance reporting capabilities, and ensure compliance with internal controls. Collaborating with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders, you will translate business needs into effective NetSuite solutions that take our financial systems to the next level. Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting NetSuite, specifically in R2R processes.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), financial close cycles, consolidations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in NetSuite configuration for General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Journal Entries, Period Close, and Financial Reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience with NetSuite SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, or SuiteAnalytics.
• Familiarity with multi-entity, multi-currency, and intercompany eliminations in NetSuite.
• Experience with NetSuite integrations (APIs, third-party tools) and data migration.

Preferred Education And Experience

• NetSuite certification(s) is preferred but not required.
• Prior involvement in finance transformation or ERP optimization projects would be beneficial.
