Drive recruiting success behind the scenes by ensuring candidate leads and applications are processed accurately, efficiently, and routed to the right teams. As a Lead Capture Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting talent acquisition efforts through data management, application processing, and lead distribution.
What You'll Do
Support TeamHealth's recruiting operations by maintaining accurate candidate information, processing employment applications, and helping recruiters connect with top talent. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain talent acquisition data with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Process candidate applications in CRM and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Manage lead generation data and distribute qualified leads to recruiters and recruitment leaders
- Maintain candidate contact information and recruiting records to support hiring objectives
- Monitor data quality and meet established productivity and accuracy goals
- Provide backup support to Research Representatives as needed
- Participate in team meetings and departmental initiatives
- Assist with additional recruitment operations projects and administrative tasks as assigned
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional data entry accuracy
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Committed to maintaining data integrity and delivering quality work
You Bring
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of office or administrative experience
- Data entry experience with demonstrated speed and accuracy
- Experience supporting onboarding, recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources functions preferred
- Proficiency using business systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications
