Job Title: Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist

Monthly Pay: $4,800 – $5,800

Summary:

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying and engaging with qualified candidates to support our growing hiring needs. From sourcing talent online to coordinating interviews and keeping internal systems updated, you’ll play an essential role in helping match people with meaningful career opportunities. If you’re enthusiastic about making connections, organized in your work, and comfortable navigating virtual platforms, this position offers flexibility, structure, and a clear path for professional growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Use job boards, professional networks, and social media to proactively source candidates for open positions.
  • Review resumes to assess applicant qualifications and coordinate the next steps in the recruitment process.
  • Conduct brief phone screenings and summarize candidate responses in a clear and consistent format.
  • Maintain hiring trackers and applicant statuses using spreadsheets or an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Communicate with hiring managers to collect feedback, align on role requirements, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Share accurate job descriptions and respond to applicant questions with professionalism and clarity.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, confident phone presence.
  • Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar job search tools.
  • Comfortable managing data and notes using spreadsheets or ATS software.
  • Well-organized, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Prior experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, or sales is a plus, though not required.
