Compensation: Base Salary + Commissions + Bonus | OTE $200K–$500K+

You'll work with mid-sized to large CPA firms, consulting firms, and corporate finance teams. The ideal candidate will be our strategic partner in leading sales and growing our Tax practice.

  • Target Roles: Tax Seniors/Managers, Audit Associates/Managers, SALT, International Tax, Advisory

  • Own your Vertical: win searches, fill roles, and build key client accounts

What We’re Looking ForMust-Haves

  • 3+ years of proven success in full-desk/360 agency recruiting
  • A consistent track record of high billings ($400K+ preferred)
  • Strong account management and candidate delivery skills
  • High integrity, reliability, and team-first mindset
  • Coachable, curious, and driven to grow

  • Leadership experience or aspirations
  • LI Recruiter & Boolean skills
