The organization operates within the financial planning and analysis space, supporting a business unit focused on Fraud & Security Solutions (FSS). It addresses challenges related to financial reporting and strategic decision-making across global operations, aiming to provide clear financial insights and support for critical business initiatives.


About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR MANAGER, FP&A is responsible for leading finance efforts that support the FSS business unit. This role delivers comprehensive global financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting to enable strategic decision-making by senior business leaders. The position ensures alignment of financial management with business strategies and initiatives, driving impactful outcomes across the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present weekly bookings forecasts linked to active deals.
  • Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts in collaboration with budget owners.
  • Analyze monthly financial results versus budgets and forecasts; coordinate corrective entries.
  • Communicate financial findings and trend analysis to budget owners.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align financial processes with product roadmaps.
  • Partner with supply chain to assess forecast and budget impacts.
  • Review inventory and determine reserves for obsolete or slow-moving items.
  • Manage headcount forecasts and hiring plans through liaison with HR and business leaders.
  • Prepare bookings and quota analyses supporting commission plans.
  • Calculate and process monthly commission payments.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses as required.


Requirements:

  • Over 8 years of finance or accounting experience, including 4 years in FP&A supporting key decision makers.
  • Strong knowledge of P&L reporting and variance analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Flexibility to work beyond standard hours as needed.
  • Ability to adapt to rapid change and think creatively.
  • Successful completion of background screening and credit check.


Preferred:

  • Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, and/or Anaplan.
  • Background in cost accounting.


Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • Base salary starting at $120,000.
