Customer Excellence Representative

Tacori is a family-owned fine jewelry house, handcrafting engagement and fine jewelry in our California Design Studios since 1979. We're looking for a Customer Excellence Representative to join the team that is the daily voice of Tacori for retail partners nationwide - the person who turns a jewelry dream into a lasting memory, one order, one custom piece, one conversation at a time.
What You'll Do
• Own the client buying experience end to end: accurate quotes, order processing, and fast turnaround for retail partners across the country.
• Bring custom and bridal designs to life, partnering with our design team from concept through final delivery.
• Be a go-to resource for retail partners: sharing product knowledge, campaign updates, and sales tools that help them sell with confidence.
• Coordinate point-of-sale materials and event logistics so our retail partners always have what they need to showcase Tacori beautifully.
• Support the sales team with returns, inventory, and the everyday problem-solving that keeps things running smoothly.
What You Bring
• 2–4 years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally with a track record of hitting your numbers.
• Strong math skills: you'll be building custom quotes regularly.
• A self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't need to be micromanaged.
• Genuine care for the people you work with, whether that's a client, a retail partner, or a teammate.
