Senior SAP HCM Consultant

SAP HCM Payroll ConsultantLocation: Remote is absolutely fine. (The consultant may be requested to travel once in a month to Houston as the client’s office is in Houston.)Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central and related components

Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions

Collaborate with payroll, finance, and integration teams for end-to-end solution delivery

Support global HR operations with country-specific compliance requirements

Manage system enhancements, releases, and ongoing support activities

Work with stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central preferred)

Strong understanding of HR processes and global implementations

Experience with integrations (SAP Payroll, CPI, or middleware tools)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

Experience in global rollouts or transformations

Knowledge of Time Management, Compensation, or Recruiting modules

• Familiarity with reporting tools and analytics in SuccessFactors
