Are you a SAFe Certified Program Manager with a proven track record of implementing scaled agile frameworks and driving complex programs to success? We’re looking for a dynamic leader to join our team and oversee a portfolio of strategic projects in the healthcare domain.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:Program Leadership & Strategy

• Define program scope, objectives, and KPIs.
• Align program outcomes with strategic business goals.
• Develop integrated roadmaps and timelines across projects.

Governance & Oversight

• Lead bi-weekly sponsor and executive updates.
• Ensure governance compliance, prioritization, and demand management.
• Support project managers with escalations and cross-functional coordination.

Execution & Delivery

• Oversee execution across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor risk, dependencies, and program health.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting in PWA (Project Web App).

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as liaison between sponsors, leaders, and delivery teams.
• Lead intake approvals and facilitate decision-making.
• Communicate status, risks, and outcomes effectively.

Financial & Resource Management

• Track program budgets, forecasts, and actuals.
• Support resource allocation across multiple initiatives.
• Drive benefit realization tracking and yearly goal setting.

✅ Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in program/project management.
• SAFe Certification is required (with hands-on implementation experience).
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and enterprise-level delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
