Are you an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal looking for a flexible, mostly remote opportunity with a respected litigation firm? We’re partnering with a well-regarded plaintiff firm in San Diego that is seeking a skilled paralegal to join their team.

This role is 98% remote (with occasional in-person meetings or filings) and offers a chance to work on high-impact cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, and corporate negligence.

What You’ll Do:

• Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from intake through trial
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Manage case files, medical records, and client communications
• Coordinate with experts, witnesses, and court personnel
• Maintain deadlines and ensure timely filings

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with case management software
• Must be based in the San Diego area
