Our client is seeking a motivated and data-driven CX Lead Generation Specialist to join their dynamic sales and marketing team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and turning insights into actionable growth strategies.

In this role, you will:

  • Generate and qualify new operator leads within the assigned market to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Collaborate with Territory Development Managers to plan outreach, schedule meetings, and support strategic customer engagements.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and execute targeted campaigns to convert prospects into active business partners.
  • Conduct sales and data analysis to identify high-potential opportunities, develop customer action plans, and strengthen retention.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce and Firefly to manage leads and track engagement across key market channels like education, healthcare, and entertainment.
  • Provide culinary consultations, both virtually and in person, to inspire menu innovation and product usage.
  • Build and maintain relationships with trade partners and distributors to maximize market presence and sales performance.
  • Support regional sales growth by contributing to sales targets, market share, and customer penetration goals.
  • Implement structured contact strategies and assist with omnichannel communication plans for strategic accounts.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, ideally within the foodservice or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of driving lead conversion and achieving sales objectives.
  • Strong data and digital literacy with experience using Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
