ETL Developer

Our client, a leading healthcare technology organization, is seeking ETL Developers (Levels I & II) to join their data engineering team. These roles are responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust ETL processes that power critical analytics and reporting within Epic systems. The ideal candidates will have strong SQL expertise, hands-on ETL experience, and a collaborative mindset to drive data integrity and performance across complex healthcare datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and related tools.
• Support the Epic Caboodle data warehouse, ensuring accurate extraction, transformation, and loading of clinical and operational data.
• Build and optimize data models to enhance reporting and analytics performance.
• Troubleshoot data issues, optimize queries, and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with business users, Epic teams, and technical counterparts to define requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Adapt to changing business priorities and proactively identify opportunities to improve data processes.
• Communicate clearly with leadership, subject matter experts, and team members to ensure understanding and alignment.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and T-SQL development.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and ETL pipeline design.

• Experience writing SQL and working with relational databases.

Caboodle ETL Developer IIRequired:

• 10+ years of experience with SQL Server, including schema design, performance tuning, and ETL development with SSIS.
• 5+ years in a healthcare data role.
• 5+ years of experience with reporting/visualization tools such as SSRS, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker**.Preferred:**
