Senior Corporate Accountant
Our client, a well-established P.E. backed manufacturing company with a global presence, is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to join their team. The position is 100% remote! Candidates must reside in the Philadelphia, South Jersey, or Delaware area as there may be times to meet locally with the corporate accounting team members in the Philly area.
The role is responsible for supporting consolidations, month-end close general ledger, intercompany transactions and reconciliation. The position will work closely with and report into team of consultants and the Corporate Controller.

The Senior Corporate Accountant will be responsible for:
- Corporate accounting functions including consolidations, month-end close, financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, cash management, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and accounts receivable applications.
- Contribute to the month-end and year-end close processes to deliver timely and accurate financial statements.
- Partner with external auditors and tax advisors to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Support consolidation and corporate reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and overall financial operations
The Senior Corporate Accountant will possess the following:
- A BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of corporate accounting experience with consolidations is highly desired.
- Systems experience with Oracle and QuickBooks.
- GAAP and financial reporting proficiency.
- Excellent analytical abilities.
- Experience within technology manufacturing industry and a Private Equity owned company is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently as well as collaboratively in a remote environment.
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
