Snoozy Territory Sales Manager - TexasPay Range: $55,000 to $75,000+ sales commission + inclusive of performance-based bonuses. _OTE $100,000-125,000_Job Purpose
Snoozy is looking for a motivated and dynamic Territory Sales Manager to lead the growth of our brand in the state of Texas . The Sales Territory Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share within an assigned geographic territory. This role manages key customer accounts, develops and oversees distributor relationships, and ensures consistent execution of sales strategies to achieve company targets. The position requires strong relationship management, strategic planning, and accountability for territory performance. The ideal candidate is growth-oriented, self-driven, and embraces servant selling—providing exceptional value to customers and prospects.
You’ll be instrumental in driving sales while offering valuable insights into market conditions, customer needs, and competitive forces. This is a remote position with a primary focus on fieldwork. Reliable transportation is preferred.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary Focus: Drive Snoozy’s sales growth in entire state of Texas
- Region Includes: Austin, San Antonio, Houston and Dallas.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic and high-value customers
- Manage relationships with regional distributors and channel partners
- Conduct an average of 20 sales visits per week with retail partners and prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail partners.
- Represent Snoozy at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences.
- Plan and execute pop-up community events, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Communicate regularly with Sales Director to share market insights and updates.
QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales and business development.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to implement and maintain effective sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and sales goals.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to drive business growth.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Flexible schedule with availability for some evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and preferred reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and transport promotional materials, such as boxes, tents, and other supplies.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the CPG or cannabis industry is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with pop-up events and promotions.
- Familiarity with retail and promotional marketing strategies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $55,000 to $75,000+ Commissions + Performance-based bonuses
- OTE: $100,000-125,000
- Unlimited PTO.Position Type & Work Expectations
- Full-time, exempt position.
- Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with some evenings and weekends as needed.
- 75% of time spent in the field visiting customers and attending events.
Work Environment
- Field-based role requiring regular travel to retail locations, events, and meetings.
- Must have access to a secure home office with reliable internet for virtual meetings and reporting.
