The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager with T-Mobile B2B experience to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position responsible for driving revenue growth, building new business, and maintaining long-term client relationships. You’ll lead sales initiatives, develop strategies, manage key accounts, and mentor a talented sales team. Collaboration is key — you’ll work closely with both clients and internal stakeholders to ensure targets are met and expectations exceeded.

Qualifications

✅ Proven success in sales, business development, and account management

✅ Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities

✅ Strategic thinker with experience creating and executing sales plans

✅ T-Mobile legacy, channel, or carrier experience required

✅ Familiarity with the wireless or technology industry a major plus

✅ Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities

✅ Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
