We are looking for a highly motivated AI Engineer / AI Analyst to join our innovative and fast‑growing team. In this role, you’ll act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams—ensuring our AI initiatives are thoughtfully designed, responsibly implemented, and tightly aligned with business outcomes.
You will play a key role in shaping AI‑driven solutions by analyzing business needs, defining AI use cases, and guiding implementation decisions such as when to use LLMs, AI agents, tools, or MCP‑based architectures. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong technical AI knowledge with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document AI requirements and use cases
- Translate business needs into actionable AI solution designs and implementation guidance
- Evaluate and articulate the business impact and value of AI initiatives
- Guide AI solution choices (e.g., LLMs vs Agents vs Tools) based on use cases and constraints
- Ensure AI guardrails, data privacy, security, and ethical considerations are embedded in the development lifecycle
- Partner closely with engineering teams to communicate requirements and support implementation
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories
- Work within an Agile environment using JIRA and ConfluenceRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in AI, data science, or a data‑driven environment
- Hands‑on AI application development experience or strong technical knowledge of AI solution design and implementation
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and their real‑world business applications
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
- Experience in a relevant industry domain
- Exposure to prompt engineering and modern AI frameworks
