Architect

We’re building something exciting in Dallas–Fort Worth — and we’re looking for architects who want to be part of it.

Our firm is expanding into the DFW market, bringing decades of design excellence in science, and institutional facilities. We’re seeking an experienced Architect who’s passionate about creating environments that improve outcomes, support, and inspire innovation in design.

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Remote until B&M is established)

Industry: Architecture & Design – Healthcare, Medical, and Institutional Projects

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the design and documentation of projects
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams — planners, engineers, and clients — to deliver thoughtful, human-centered design.
• Participate in all phases of design, from concept development through construction administration.
• Ensure compliance with codes, accessibility standards, and facility guidelines (FGI, NFPA, etc.).
• Contribute to establishing the firm’s DFW design culture and project delivery standards.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with national design leaders to elevate the quality and consistency of projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 3+ years of experience in architecture, with a preferred background in healthcare or medical facility design.
• Proficiency with Revit and a solid understanding of planning, code requirements, and technical documentation.
