Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Strategy & Planning – Project Manager to support our client’s Operations & HR Transformation team. Apply Now!!Contract: Initial assignment through December 2025 (W2) – Extension Possible
Location: 100% Remote (Eastern Time Zone Preferred; occasional global calls outside standard hours)
Pay Rate: $60-80/hr W2 Based on Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate activities across multiple organizational design workstreams within Operations.
- Partner with country leads, HR business partners, and other project managers to align timelines, interdependencies, and deliverables.
- Apply PMO best practices, tools, and processes to guide and advise project planning.
- Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure requirements, dependencies, and constraints are fully understood.
- Manage program schedules, reporting, and resource planning.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare detailed status reports, and provide executive-level updates.
- Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure progress across time zones.
- Act as a liaison between project teams, business owners, and global stakeholders.
What You Bring:Must-Have:
- 10+ years’ experience in Operations, HR processes, or related fields.
- Strong background in transformation and change management projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple integrated projects in a global environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations.
- Solid expertise in program and project management methodologies.
- Experience coordinating across global time zones and partnering with Operations teams.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries.
- PMP certification or degree in Project Management.
