Finance Manager

We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to join our team remotely in Burlington, Washington. This is a remote, long-term contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to the financial success of the organization through strategic planning, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial modeling, month-end close processes, and forecasting, along with a proven track record of delivering accurate financial insights.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results.

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.

• Prepare detailed financial reports and present key findings to stakeholders.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial forecasts with organizational goals.

• Monitor and manage forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and relevance.

• Provide recommendations based on financial data to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

• Support budgeting activities and assist in the preparation of annual plans.

• Continuously improve financial processes and systems to optimize performance.

• Extensive experience in month-end close processes and financial reporting. • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. • Solid understanding of financial analysis and its application to business strategy. • Excellent ability to interpret and present complex financial data in a clear manner. • Familiarity with relevant financial software and tools. • Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; advanced degree or certification preferred.
