Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in a contract-based position. This role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and account directors to ensure client satisfaction and effective management of accounts. The position is remote, offering flexibility while requiring a strong commitment to delivering results. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee internal accounts, ensuring all client needs are met and exceeded. • Collaborate with account directors to align strategies and optimize service delivery. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams. • Handle inbound inquiries and provide timely, effective solutions. • Demonstrate understanding of medical device account management to meet industry-specific requirements. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve communication and streamline processes. • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Utilize light MLR knowledge to support account-related activities. • Identify opportunities for growth and propose strategies to enhance account success. • Minimum of 4 years experience in account management or a related field. • Proven expertise in managing accounts within the medical device industry. • Strong understanding of B2B sales and inside sales processes. • Ability to handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and teams. • Familiarity with MLR processes and their application in account management. • Exceptional communication and organizational skills. • Remote work experience and self-motivation are essential for success in this role.
